When you share your referral link to your friend and they signup using your referral link the user is mapped under you (becomes your referral).
Few things to keep in mind

The referral link will only be valid for 7 days. This means your referred friend must open an Upstox account within 7 days of signing up for you to be eligible to earn a reward.

If your friend does not complete the account opening process within 7 days, they will not be mapped under you even if you resend the link after 7 days and will become a regular non-referral lead in our system.
